What does the "Transactions" page do? | |
The "Transactions" page allows you to see details of your property purchases, such as payments, status, progress, deadlines and other information related to your purchase. To view transaction details and resume the transaction process, click on a property listed in the "Transactions” page.
How do I reserve a unit on Reco? | |
When you have decided on a unit to purchase on Reco, you can reserve the unit to ensure that no one else purchases it. To reserve a unit, go to the building or unit type page, click "Availabilities" and then “Reserve and Purchase” adjacent to the unit you wish to purchase. Continue by selecting an Agent (by default, this is the developer’s in-house marketing team or a top-performing agent), confirm the property details, and reserve!
How long can I reserve a unit for? | |
We will keep your property reserved for 3 hours. To reserve it for longer, you must place a deposit (also known as booking fee) the amount of which varies from property to property. If you do not make a deposit payment within 3 hours, the unit will automatically be put back on the market and you may not reserve another unit for 24 hours.
What does "Grant Full Access" mean? | |
Granting full access to the agent allows for your selected agent to submit documents and fill in information on your behalf. Though this may further ease the transaction process for you, for your own security, only grant full access to agents you trust and personally have worked with previously.

Your phone number is used to receive One Time Passcode (OTP) every time we require you to submit or share sensitive information and need to verify your identity. For your account security, do not share your OTP code with anyone, including Reco.
How do I change my phone number? | |
From the menu bar on the top-right corner of any screen, go to “Settings” and select “Change Phone Number”. You are required to verify your identity by entering the OTP sent to the email address you used to create the account.
Always refer back to the platform and transaction details to select a payment method, in which the respective bank account number will be shown. Reco never sends any payment requests over the phone, SMS or email. For your own security, never send any money to an account not provided on
www.recorealestate.com.
The terms and conditions for deposits vary from property to property, in terms of deposit amounts and whether it is refundable. It is pertinent that you read the terms and conditions and the purchase procedure carefully prior to the reservation of any unit. That being said, typically the deposits are non-refundable.
What happens after the deposit of a unit? | |
After payment of your deposit (booking fee) you must follow the purchase process of the transaction as guided by Reco. The process includes, but not limited to, submitting documentation, identity details and payments which you must complete within the timeframe given - which can be reviewed prior to reserving the unit.
How do I know when a step needs to completed by? | |
You can refer to the "Time Remaining" on the bottom-left corner of your transaction details. You may also review the timeframes given by the developer in the purchase process shown prior to reserving the unit.
How do I access a property that I am transacting? | |
Log in to your account, click the menu icon on the right-hand corner and select "Transactions". Click on the property to access transaction details and resume the transaction process.
Does Reco provide financing options? | |
Yes, you may review and select financing options from the developer in your transaction details. The options may be internal financing from the developer or with banks the developer works with. Additional information may be requested and approval from the developer or bank is required. All forms related to this is requested and submitted through the "Transactions" page.
What if I do not want to take the financing options shown on Reco? | |
We allow you to arrange your own financing out of the platform, but you must indicate so and coordinate with your bank to submit payment to the bank accounts as shown in the transaction details.
How do I schedule signings with a notary public? | |
When the conditional sales and purchase agreement (PPJB) or sales and purchase agreement (AJB) is released by the developer and ready to be signed, you must sign it in the presence of a notary public. You must schedule the appointment with the notary public on the platform when requested, in which you will be notified via email and through the platform.

Every agent on the platform is displayed to the buyer, but the highest-performing sales agents are more likely to be chosen by buyers for the transaction.

You may also be chosen to represent a buyer to guide them through the transaction process.

Once your client has decided on a property to purchase on Reco, you can reserve the unit to 1) ensure that your client can purchase it and 2) ensure that you earn the commission from the sale if your client successfully transacts the property. To reserve a unit, go to the building or unit type page, click "Availabilities" and then "Reserve for Client" adjacent to the property your client wishes to purchase. Enter your client information (name and email address) and submit a Reco Coin to make the reservation. Once you have submitted the Reco Coin, your client will receive an email for confirmation and next steps.
What is the difference between My Reco Coins, Agency Reco Coins and Rewarded Reco Coins? | |
My Reco Coins are Reco Coins are those purchased by you, that you are able to refund back to the payment method in which you purchased it. Agency Reco Coins are Reco Coins purchased by an agency/brokerage firm that you are associated with. For access to use Agency Coins, please contact your agency. Rewarded Reco Coins are those given to you by Reco from promotions. You may not refund it back for money. Note: Reco Coins used to reserve units for a client may not be returned to you, and becomes non-refundable if the client does not pay the deposit amount for the property.
Do I get back my Reco Coins? | |
Reco Coins are returned back to you when your client submits their deposit within 24 hours of submitting your Reco Coins to reserve a property. If your client fails to do so, Reco Coins used to make the reservation is not returned back to you.
How can I refund my Reco Coins? | |
At the top-right corner of the screen, click the menu button and select "Reco Coins" and click "Refund". Enter the number of coins you want refunded, confirm your bank account details and submit.
When will my commission be given to me? | |

What can I do on the Transactions page? | |
The Transactions page allows you to see details of your client’s property purchases, such as payments, status, progress, deadlines and other information related to your purchase. Clicking on a property will bring you to where your client left off in the transaction process. If you are granted full access, you may submit documents and go through the purchase process on behalf of your client.
How do I release my commissions to my bank account? | |
- At the top-right corner of the screen, click the menu button and select "Dashboard", where you can view pending and paid commissions.
- To release the commission, click "Release Funds".
- Enter the amount you want to transfer to your bank account, enter your bank account details and submit.
- You will receive an email notification for confirmation of your request. Note: it typically takes up to 24 business hours for the funds to be debited into your bank account.
How do I update my bank account? | |
At the top-right corner of the screen, click the menu button and select "Settings". In the "Bank Accounts" section, you can add new bank accounts or remove your current bank accounts. When you make changes to your bank accounts, you are required to verify your identity by entering the OTP sent to your phone number.
Some units are just special, whether it be because of the size, views, and/or incentives given by the developer to buyers and agents. These units are exclusive for agents to reserve for clients, but with high demand, Reco would like to provide an equal opportunity to all agents to sell the unit. You can enter a lottery for a chance to sell the property in lottery by submitting Reco Coins prior to drawing. If your name is drawn, your client must continue with submitting a deposit - otherwise the Reco Coins you submitted will not be returned back to you and your client will lose the unit.
What is a Referral Code, and where do I find mine? | |
A referral code is a unique alphanumeric code assigned to your account. You can use this code to refer your agent friends to Reco and get rewarded! When you refer a friend to Reco, you will receive 5% commission of their sales commissions, on us. Your referral code can be found in the "Dashboard". To refer a friend, you can either give them your referral code for them to enter when signing up on Reco or send an invite them via email. Note: the Agent Referral Program is subject to the following
